12/1/06 – Acquisition - Sienne, Pinacoteca Nazionale - Originaire de Brescia en Lombardie, mais documenté à Sienne de 1506 à 1524, Andrea di Giovannantonio di Tommaso dei Picinelli, dit Andrea del Brescianino (vers 1485-après 1525) est un artiste dont le style peu personnel est redevable de très nombreuses influences, de Raphaël à Beccafumi, en passant par Andrea del Sarto, à tel point qu’on a pu parfois le confondre avec Raphaël (par exemple un Portrait d’homme du Musée Fabre de Montpellier).
