Un chef-d’œuvre de Dubois-Drahonet acquis par Williamstown

13/11/17 - Acquisition - Williamstown, Sterling & Clark Institute - Mieux vaut parfois un chef-d’œuvre d’un artiste secondaire qu’un tableau moyen d’un grand peintre. Cela, Olivier Meslay, directeur du Clark Institute de Williamstown, qui menait déjà cette politique au Dallas Museum of Art (voir par exemple ici ou ici), l’a bien compris.
